>> we're not watching any hot spots right now, we are seeing some improvement at the bay bridge for the westbound ride. the backups no longer reach all the way up along 880 over the westbound lanes. the drive times have stayed under 20 minutes for all of the approaches. the san mateo bridge, we have seen some slowing on the approach to the toll plaza. otherwise, other ride across the span still looks good, we have been incident free. the golden gate bridge ride has no problems northbound or southbound. the east shore freeway, 19 minutes in route from hercules to berkeley. 22 minutes after the san ramon valley as a driver gets a little slower down to dublin. south bay freeways are starting to show some selling for 1 01 and 280 as well as through saratoga on highway 85. the marin ride, 1 01 southbound is now over

we're getting another look at where the bombers were standing at the marathon. you can see as this picture is a man, there dzhokhar tsarnaev and the infamous picture of the brother wearing the hat. the older brother tamerian tsarnaev is in the black cap. he was killed in a shootout. the under brother remains and the hospital. we're learning about the tense final moments before the swat team finally catches him. here is one describing the moments during the capture. >> you could see one clan hand was clear of any weapons. we went the other way, his hand went down inside the boat out of our view. and i know everybody here, we've spoken about it, each time he did nthat we had to assume that he was
